We take our diagnostics very seriously, like many would believe we don’t have a magic machine that we plug in and it tells us how to fix your car.
Our diagnostic process is something that we have fine tuned over the years and put together with our vast knowledge, allows us to quickly identify the problem and work on a solution.
First we will use our diagnostic machine.
That could be our dealer level software or one of our many other diagnostic scanners. We retrieve the fault codes and check data streams and software calibrations. This will allow us to work out the best course of action.
That’s when we pull out our arsenal of tools such as occiliscopes, smoke machine, multimeters, amp clamps, thermal imagers, temperature probes, decade box and much much more.
Diagnostics can be a time consuming process but we will always keep you informed all the way through to find the fastest and best way of fixing your fault correctly and believe in a first time fix saving you time and money and avoiding returning with the fault not correctly fixed.
We carry out diagnostics for a lot of garages in the local area also as we have very a good reputation with our experience and our well known in the motor industry.
Prices range from £25.00 plus VAT for a simple code read,
or £45.00 plus VAT for an hours diagnostic session
